We manufacture and repair cylindrycal brushes in metal core with coiled chanel brush, or staple set on plastic or wood cores. We manage diameters from 1 1/4" up to 45" and lengths up to13 feet. regarding the bristles, we have Nylon (gauges from .005" to .120"), abrasive Nylon, polipropilene, polietilene (mainly for car wash tunnels); vegetal fibers like tampico(ixtle), palmyra or combinations; horse hair; steel, stainless steel and brass wires.
ALL BRUSHES INTENDED FOR USE OVER 800 RPM´S (1/min) INCLUDE DYNAMIC BALANCE SERVICE.
Among the main aplications for cylindrical brushes are:
